This Returns & Refund Policy applies to customers located in the European Union and is compliant with EU consumer protection laws, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, and payment processing standards of Stripe.

1. Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without providing any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after:
• The day you (or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement (e.g., email) before the 14-day period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs (excluding any supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us).

Reimbursement will be made:
• Without undue delay, and
• Not later than 14 days from the day we are informed about your decision to withdraw.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is earlier.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement.

3. Return of Goods

You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal.

The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods unless the item is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Returned items must:
• Be unused beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning
• Include original packaging, accessories, manuals, and components

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature and functioning.

4. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized
• Sealed goods which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
• Goods that have been used in a way that goes beyond necessary inspection

5. Defective or Incorrect Products

If the delivered drill or product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we will:
• Offer repair or replacement free of charge, or
• Provide a full refund if repair or replacement is not possible

We will cover the return shipping costs for confirmed defective or incorrect items.

Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days as required by EU law. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.
